Writing about hantavirus earlier this week, I said that it was too soon to tell if the WHO was trying to run another global scam. Even after yesterday’s press conference, which was filled with information gaps and intentional anxiety inducement, it’s still too soon to say.
But in a statement quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Jeanne Marrazzo, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who was fired last year, said the quiet part out loud and hit the nail on the head [emphasis mine]:
“We can see this as a sentinel event. It’s not limited to hantavirus, it’s really how well the country is prepared for a disease threat. Right now, I’m very sorry to say that we are not prepared.”
Translation? Agencies are running a drill. An epidemic live-exercise. A disease-transmission simulation. Treating it like a war.
All it takes is a story, a test, and plenty of propaganda.
The SARS-1, H1N1, Ebola, and COVID-19 versions were hugely successful, albeit in different ways and at increasing levels of sophistication. All chief targets hit. All major goals achieved.
The “right” plans were not abandoned. The plans activated were the plans intended to be activated. Arguably, the same model is used every Flu Shot Season, on a lesser scale. Practice makes almost perfect.
Military forces, military influence, or militarized agencies from one or more countries will necessarily be involved because public health is an extension of military power. That is not a mistake or an “overreaction”.
As to “disease threats,” those are always contrived. They are invisible stands-in for actually-dangerous physical enemies. Which might be why the word bioweapon (for a vaccine) doesn’t bother those in charge. Of course it’s a weapon, they might say. It’s a weapon against a virus that can kill you and your loved ones.
Indeed, the deployment of weapons (aka, countermeasures) — ventilators, masks, drugs (new and old), tests, shots — is one purpose of these events.
So is sustaining lies about how and why people get sick.
So is gathering “genomic” data from animals and people.
So is finding excuses to use and profit from black box technologies.
So is return on investment from “preparedness” efforts.
So is controlling citizens’ movements and mindsets.
So is fomenting fear, suspicion, and mistrust among members of human communities.
So no matter how we see hunt-a-virus — oops, I mean haunted virus — oops, I mean hantavirus, we can be sure the WHO, and its current & former member nations, see it as an opportunity to justify the past and carry on into the future.

Thank you for keeping on this. To be honest, I don’t fully understand all the medical / virus information, especially from your point of view about there not having been a pandemic in 2020. (If I am understanding and stating your view correctly.)
I do see the scaremongering over this new incident on the cruise ship. It makes my heart race in dread and in remembrance. Obviously, the Covid years were a nightmare for everyone. I do not claim to have suffered as much as those poor people who lost loved ones, could not visit loved ones, had to say goodbye over a screen, were pushed out of their jobs, were jailed, etc., etc.
Still, my mother was very sick during that time. (Now gone.) We got her out of the nursing home a week or two before the world shut down. I wasn’t really even keeping up with the news at that early point. I was blessed to have been working from home at the time, so I didn’t have to risk my job. I did lose my church and all my friends there, including small children I used to babysit, who long ago forgot who I even am.
I warned church leaders April 1, 2020, to please reopen because our unscrupulous gov’t leaders might take advantage. (Understatement of the century!) I know they genuinely thought they were protecting people both inside and outside the church. They closed for a full year, then banned unmasked people for one week short of a second year, until Chicago removed the mask mandates.
My biggest regret is that I gave in to masking for even a moment. And that I didn’t march over to the church and demand they either let me in or forcibly remove me. I will never stop being ashamed about that. I was such a mess with everything going on in my family. That is still no excuse for my cowardice.
I remember walking around my neighborhood and seeing the “no mask/no entry” on so many businesses. I felt so completely alone and isolated. Because I was. As we all were.
Outside of my immediate household and all the stress involved there, I was alone for two years. I have never quite recovered, mentally. If not for you and others on Twitter at the time, I don’t know how I could have kept my sanity. I mean that seriously. It was bad.
I remember finally, in 2021, deciding, NO MORE masks. Aside from becoming convinced that they didn’t work, they also made me 1) lightheaded and 2) panicky. I worked up the guts to go to my local Jewel without one. My heart was pounding. I felt like a criminal.
One of the managers called out to me about the mask. I did not respond or make eye contact with anyone. I kept going, racing around in a terror. But he did not come after me. I grabbed my few items, paid at the self checkout, and pretty much ran out of there.
I cannot endure all of that again.
Never again https://woodhouse76.com/2024/07/29/the-day-a-grocery-store-in-skokie-illinois-called-the-police-because-i-wouldnt-put-a-mask-on-26-september-2020/
I remember that! I just wish I had been as bold as you. And earlier.
I am also thankful that I was never put in a situation where I had to choose between visiting loved ones in the hospital and wearing the mask. Or getting the injection. I don’t think I would have passed that test at that time.
All I know now is that I cannot and will not endure this nonsense again. I was a mess during that time due to my mother’s illness and all the family chaos. She’s gone now. And I’m a lot more angry. I’m not doing it again.
“Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night.” Again.
All About Eve 🙂
