Short answer: No.

Posting the full session of a webinar I did for IPAK-EDU addressing the question of whether the New York City death spike of spring 2020 can be blamed on the “nursing home policy.”

The short answer is the same answer I have given in multiple presentations and articles since 2022: No, it cannot. And the biggest mass-casualty event in city history remains 1) unsubstantiated, 2) not truthfully explained by authorities, 3) uninvestigated by the U.S. federal government, and 4) largely ignored or minimized by American “COVID dissidents” and organizations ostensibly committed to understanding the COVID-19 event. (One example: Jeffrey Tucker/Brownstone Institute)

Here, I make another attempt to explain why, using data, policy documents, scientific evidence, timelines, and common sense. I anticipate posting a transcript and slides in the coming weeks, as well as a related article.

A very general outline follows:

0:00–10:20: Introduction and informal chat with host Don Najita

10:20–55:00: Presentation of content

55:00–2:01:00: Discussion with Don and answers to questions from webinar attendees

We also touch on 9/11 and the World Trade Center disaster narrative several times throughout the session.

ANOTHER attempt to explain why "the nursing home policy" is an inadequate explanation for the NYC death event of spring 2020.

The presentation component of this session was sent to the office of New York Senator James Skoufis on 15 May 2026.

All articles and presentations related the NYC death can be accessed here:
